Dr. Vasil Karakamchev
Dr. Vasil Karakamchev, a distinguished graduate of the Faculty of Dentistry in Skopje, began his professional journey in the dental office of his father, where he developed a deep foundation in prosthetics and patient-centered care.
His pursuit of excellence led him to advanced training in Dental Pathology in Zagreb, followed by a specialization in Implantology in Ljubljana. In 2006, he achieved a remarkable milestone by becoming the first dentist in Macedonia to introduce dental lasers into clinical practice, after completing extensive training with Fotona. His dedication to innovation later earned him certification as a trainer at the renowned Institute for Dental Lasers in Aachen, Germany.
A true pioneer of Laser Dentistry in Macedonia, Dr. Vasil remains committed to continuous learning. He regularly participates in international conferences and shares his knowledge through lectures on cutting-edge dental laser techniques. Fluent in English and driven by a passion for progress, he blends innovation, expertise, and genuine compassion—ensuring every patient receives care of the highest standard.
Dr. Tomo Karakamchev
Dr. Tomo Karakamchev is a specialist in endodontics and restorative dentistry, recognized for his technically precise and contemporary approach to endodontic restorative rehabilitation. His main professional interests — and the foundation of his daily clinical practice — include microscopic endodontics, restorative dentistry, and prosthodontics.
He completed his dental education and specialization at the Faculty of Dentistry, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, and since 2017 has been practicing at his family dental clinic where every treatment is performed under an operative dental microscope to ensure the highest level of clinical precision.
As a Key Opinion Leader for Dentsply Sirona, Dr. Karakamchev actively contributes to the development and promotion of advanced endodontic techniques and materials. He also regularly organizes and leads professional workshops and hands-on endodontic training programs, aimed at dentists seeking to elevate their skills and work according to the highest international standards.
Through continuous education and participation in international programs, Dr. Karakamchev remains dedicated to integrating the latest scientific and technological advancements into his clinical practice, delivering reliable and long-lasting results for his patients.
Dr. Andrej Karakamchev
Dr. Andrej Karakamchev completed his secondary education at South High School in Minneapolis, USA, before earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Faculty of Dentistry in Skopje.
During his university studies, he enriched his academic development through a student exchange program at the Faculty of Dentistry in Ljubljana, Slovenia, gaining valuable international experience and exposure to advanced clinical practices.
Dedicated to continuous professional growth, Dr. Andrej regularly attends seminars and workshops in modern dentistry, with a particular focus on his field of specialization — oral surgery. His commitment to excellence, paired with his global perspective and patient-centered approach, allows him to provide precise, compassionate, and high-quality care.

Dr. Ivan Olumchev
Dr. Ivan Olumchev earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Faculty of Dentistry in Skopje. With a strong passion for Periodontology and Aesthetic Dentistry—fields where health, precision, and artistry come together—he is dedicated to advancing his expertise.
He is currently specializing in Periodontology, further deepening his knowledge in diagnosing, treating, and preventing diseases of the supporting structures of the teeth.
